Zao Jun - the Kitchen God

Zao Jun makes annual reports to Heaven on the household. Families honor the Kitchen God throughout the year but especially at New Year's when he is supposed to ascend to Heaven and make his report (families offer him sticky sweets for the journey).

Zao Jun is a Daoist hero, you need a Daoist Temple to get him to your city.
